Payment

○ Prices are non-negotiable.○ Base prices are subject to change based on complexity.○ PayPal payments only.○ You must pay the FULL commission price before your commission can be started.
Once I receive the payment, I will start working on the piece I will not begin a commission unless full payment is provided first. I do not accept half payments. Payments through Paypal are USD. Paypal allows you to convert money into USD upon sending.○ After I receive your money on Paypal, I have to wait an entire day to fully accept your money into my bank account.
This means I do not fully accept your payment until the 24hrs are up. (This is a Paypal thing, I am not in control of it.)○ I am permitted to cancel and subsequently FULLY refund your commission at any time during the process.
If you were to cancel a commission after I've finished half or less of your commission, I am permitted to refund only a PORTION of the original commissioned price.

Process

○ Speed of finishing your commission
I take a minimum of a month or two to finish a commission. I do have a full time job so I will get to your commission as soon as I can. Please don't ask me every hour/day if it's done. I will send you the parts as I finish them.○ Let me know if there is a deadline
If you are commissioning me for someones birthday or any other deadline orientated date; please let me know. This allows me to prepare and get the art done within time instead of being late or rushing last minute. If you would like me to postpone posting it, I am willing to do that. Please do not say you have deadline just because you want your art before everyone else.○ Please contact me with references/desired pose…etc..!
Send a clean reference. As in, a drawing which fully showcases the character and its parts (especially if the character has something out of the ordinary). If it’s traditionally drawn, possibly not a blurry picture!○ I will send you a process pictures (if you'd like.) I do this is for you to approve of how the drawing is going. Please be vocal about any changes you would want.
This is so we are on the same page before I go any further. If you would like me to NOT keep updating you with progress pictures please feel free to let me know! I love sending progress pictures to get your input on anything/everything! ♡

copyright & reproduction

The artist reserves the right to . .○ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
○ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. Depending on type of commission (fan art vs. portrait of a real person).
○ Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.The commissioner & other parties may NOT . .○ Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
○ Remove/Crop out my signature.
○ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise. (Such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract.)
○ Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
○ Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist [artist site/profile].
○ Sell the commissioned piece for NFT.Nothing made by puppychi may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
